Founded by international peace ambassador Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the fourth World Culture Festival will be held on the National Mall from September 29 – October 1, 2023. Dignitaries, heads of state, scholars, artists, activists, and community members from 100+ countries will join together to uplift the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion on an international scale.
The festival is hosted as a collaboration between the Art of Living Foundation and the Office of the Mayor of Washington, D.C., with more than 17,000 artists performing and over 450,000 attendees over the course of three days. A private conference within the festival, the Global Leadership Forum is convening leaders from government, higher education, humanitarian organizations, and multinational corporations around the theme of “Shaping a Humane Future.”
H.E. Ban Ki-Moon, 8th Secretary General of the United Nations, serves as the chair of the World Culture Festival reception committee. To learn more or attend either in person or virtually, visit the Art of Living website.
