Internship Opportunities
The Yale Center for Clinical Investigation offers a post baccalaureate one year internship, ideal for college graduates who are applying to graduate or medical school in anticipation of a career in health care or research. For an entire year, interns will work closely with our terrific team of experienced translational and clinical research faculty, administrators, and staff and will have the opportunity to participate in managing all stages of research. YCCI also offers two impactful summer research programs designed to inspire and prepare the next generation of clinical and translational researchers: the Exposures Program aimed at high school, undergraduate, and professional students who are highly motivated to pursue careers in research and the Yale Summer Enrichment Research Experience (YSERE) designed for undergraduate students currently enrolled in accredited degree-granting institutions other than Yale. The program targets students who are considering a career in biomedical research.
Together, these three programs reflect YCCI's commitment to fostering diverse talent and preparing young researchers to become leaders in the fields of clinical and translational research. Through mentorship, hands-on experience, and an emphasis on diversity, YCCI aims to inspire the next generation of innovators in healthcare and science.
