YCCI Outpatient Facility: Magnetic Resonance Research Center (MRRC)
The Magnetic Resonance Research Center (MRRC), within the The Anlyan Center (TAC) building on the Yale School of Medicine campus (300 Cedar Street), accommodates outpatient studies involving blood draws, physical and neurocognitive exams, oral glucose, mixed meal and intravenous glucose tolerance tests, clamps and infusions. The facility features a patient waiting area, with a securely staffed clinic and lab area.
- Four individual bays, separated by a wall or a curtain, and equipped with a hospital bed and oxygen and suction capability.
- The research lab is equipped with ambient and refrigerated multi-speed centrifuges as well as hematocrit and HbA1C analyzers.
- Blood processing and access to core lab services.
- Snacks are available and bagged meals can be arranged.
