    Biography

    Dr. Xingyuan Jiang is a postdoctoral associate in the Department of Dermatology at Yale School of Medicine. She earned her MBBS and MD degrees from Peking University, where she also completed her dermatology residency training. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Jiang conducted research on inherited skin disorders, identifying novel pathogenic variants involved in keratinization and pigmentation diseases.

    Her work has advanced the understanding of rare syndromic and mosaic skin conditions, and she has applied a range of molecular and translational approaches to explore targeted therapeutic strategies. At Yale, Dr. Jiang works in Dr. Keith Choate’s lab, where her research focuses on genodermatoses, with particular emphasis on uncovering the molecular mechanisms underlying congenital and mosaic skin disorders.
