Richard Carr

Richard Carr has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field and currently serves as Supervisor, Administrative Services for the Section of Medical Oncology and Hematology. In his current role he oversees day to day operations for the Section, as well as manages a team of administrative assistants with administrative roles in Hematology, Breast Cancer, and Neuro-Oncology.

Prior to joining Yale in 2010, Richard has held administrative support positions in the Pharmaceuticals industry. At Exelixis, he provided support to early stage clinical research teams while at Bayer Pharmaceuticals he held roles in support of both marketing and program management teams.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and is also a visual artist who has exhibited his work nationally.
