At the 2025 Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging Annual Meeting, four Yale researchers were honored with awards:
Qiong Liu, Ph.D., won first place in the Cardiovascular YIA competition with her presentation: “Effect of Six-Month Tafamidis Treatment on Dynamic 18F-Flutemetamol PET in ATTR Cardiac Amyloidosis”
Tianyi Zeng, Ph.D., won first place in the Physics, Instrumentation, and Data Sciences YIA competition with his presentation: ”Evaluation of motion correction methods in ultra-high performance brain PET: A multi-tracer human study”.
Nakul Raval, Ph.D. won second place in the Neuroscience YIA competition with his presentation: “Quantification of NMDA GluN2B Receptors Occupancy by ifenprodil in Nonhuman Primates Using (S)-[18F]OF-NB1 PET”
Felicitas Bijari, Ph.D., won first place in the poster competition in the Cardiovascular Council with her presentation: "Membrane potential imaging with [18F]FTPP+ PET for non-invasive assessment of radiation-induced cardiac lesion"
