Please join us in welcoming Dr. Ranjit Deshpande to the Departmental Leadership team in the new role of Vice Chair of Finance & Strategy. Dr. Deshpande will hold a critical role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the department and will apply his extensive skills in change management and deep understanding of current healthcare trends to this position. Ranjit brings innovative thinking and Yale School of Management training to facilitate our strategic priority of proactive planning in a fiscally responsible way. We are fortunate to have him on our Yale Department of Anesthesiology team.
