Connecticut Magazine named the following Yale Medical Group (YMG) physicians among the best in the state in its 2015 "Top Doctors" list. They include specialists in fields from dermatology to reconstructive surgery.

To choose the top doctors, the magazine sends a questionnaire to more than 5,000 physicians across the state, asking them to recommend a doctor (other than themselves) to whom they would send a loved one for expert medical care. In this year’s survey, the focus was on seven specialties: bariatric surgery, nephrology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, plastic and reconstructive surgery, pulmonary medicine and thoracic surgery. Then it combines their names with doctors in other specialties who finished at the top of the magazine's surveys from the two previous years.
