Sandy Lee Chang

Sandy Chang is the project coordinator at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence, where she supports cross-team alignment and communication on projects. Before joining the center, she worked as a development coordinator at LEAP, Inc. in New Haven. She brings a diverse skill set to her endeavors in education and community engagement, with a passion for holistic health and wellness. Her certifications in holistic health counseling and mindfulness for K-12 further enrich her ability to make meaningful contributions. Sandy holds an M.A. in Learning Sciences from Northwestern University and a B.S. in Corporate Communications from Ithaca College. She grew up in Queens, NY, and now resides in Hamden, CT, where she cherishes spending time with her three daughters, embraces the joys of cooking with loved ones, and finds calm in nature, often accompanied by her white miniature schnauzer for long walks.
