SlicerDicer

SlicerDicer is a data exploration, analytics, and reporting tool that allows users to answer questions about health risks, diagnoses, interventions, outcomes, costs, etc. Users can explore the entire YNHHS patient dataset, with interactive visual tools that facilitate easy comparison of different populations and data sets. Researchers can explore de-identified summary count data by creating different base populations, groups, and sub-groups.

An approved IRB application is not required to utilize SlicerDicer, making this service ideal for data exploration, protocol development, study feasibility, Preparatory-to-Research activities, population/cohort development, and even quality improvement projects.

We strongly recommend users complete the YNHHS training course.
