How To Submit a Research Data Request

  1. Ensure that your computer is connected to the Yale/YNHHS network or VPN.
  2. Navigate to https://jdat.ynhh.org/AnalyticsPortal/helix/research
    1. When logging in from Yale, include the domain by typing in ‘yale’ before your NetID.
    2. Username: yale\YaleNetID
    3. Password: Yale NetID password
  3. Select “Research Data Request” as the request type.
  4. Fill in all required fields.
  5. Using the Choose Files button, Attach your protocol, IRB approval or Preparatory to Research Request form for 90 day access for self-service data query preparation.
  6. Click the “Submit New Request” button.
