Alexzandra Mattia

Alexzandra Mattia, BS, is a fourth-year medical student from Providence, Rhode Island. She attends Florida State University College of Medicine, where she also earned her BS in biochemistry in 2021. She is completing a clinical research fellowship under the guidance of Dr. Siba Haykal, MD, PhD, in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Alexzandra has academic interest in breast reconstructive surgery and plans to pursue a career in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the violin, pottery, and medical illustration.
