Wellness
The health and safety of our trainees is of utmost importance. We recognize that flexibility and accommodations need to be made during these trying times. Additionally, through the GME office, residents are given the opportunity to meet confidentially with a mental health professional associated with the Employee and Family Resource Program to learn about services they provide, which include 6 free and confidential counseling sessions. We appreciate the difficulties that come with residency especially during this time, and all faculty have an open-door policy.
