Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models (NLP/LLM) Interest Group

June 27, 2024

To advance AI research at Yale, an interest group has been established on Natural Language Processing and Large Language Models (NLP/LLM) across multiple schools at Yale University. The group aims to facilitate collaboration and discussion among faculty and students interested in NLP/LLM, offering a platform to share research ideas, present ongoing AI work, and explore potential collaborations.

The NLP/LLM Interest Group is hosted by Hua Xu, PhD, Robert T. McCluskey Professor of Biomedical Informatics and Data Science and assistant dean for biomedical informatics at YSM. Biweekly meetings (every other Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.) at the Wu Tsai Institute are held to foster an enriching environment for knowledge exchange and networking.
