Yang Lu

Mr. Yang Lu is currently a business manager at the International Business Division of China Sinopharm International Corporation. As the head of the Government Affairs Department in Sinopharm Biotech, Yang has developed and implemented several biomedical projects during last ten years in low- and middle-income countries, including as Kenya, Ecuador, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. He served as a project coordinator for the international multi-center clinical trial of the COVID-19 biotech product and real-world study from 2020 to 2021. He has been recognized for his special contributions to government-to-government projects and development of international cooperation in public health.

Mr. Lu received his bachelor’s degree from the Beijing Forestry University in 2007 and has completed the Modern Logistic Management On-the-Job Postgraduate Program at the University of International Business and Economy (2012), and the Medical Device Quality Management System Training Program (2023). His practice focuses on the development of the primary healthcare facilities and improving the public health system.
