Curriculum
Ambulatory Education
To address this imbalance between training and practice, the Yale Primary Care Program is committed to providing expanded and uncompromised ambulatory training. Innovative curricula ensure continuity of care with patients, continuous relationships with supervising faculty, diverse clinical settings, and experiential learning with graduated autonomy.
Inpatient Education
Our residents obtain their inpatient education at both campuses of Yale New Haven Hospital; the York Street Campus and the Saint Raphael Campus. The inpatient rotations for our residents are organized to take advantage of the breadth and depth of clinical care provided across these campuses in alignment with the distribution of clinical programs, centers of excellence and faculty expertise.
