Biography
Dr. Tian earned her PhD in Statistics from University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to CORE, she worked as a principal statistician and real-world evidence statistics advisor in Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Her previous work mainly focused on innovative workstreams that leveraged real-world data and advanced analytics (e.g., artificial intelligence and machine learning) to facilitate clinical drug development and other advancements in the life cycle of drug development. Dr. Tian’s professional skills include statistics, AI/machine learning and programming using Python, R, SQL, SAS and other data software. Dr. Tian's research publications could be found in her Google Scholar.
