Clinical Fellow
Hyo-bin (Angela) Um was born in St. Louis, MO and grew up in Korea. She moved back to the United States while in high school and studied Biological Sciences at Cornell University. She performed basic science research at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia after graduation and then pursed MD/MPH degree at Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed Internal Medicine residency at Rutgers University New Jersey Medical School.
She is excited to join Yale University Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine Program as a fellowship. Outside of medicine, Angela loves enjoying modern art, hiking, visiting vineyards, cooking, and eating good foods (her favorite meal is brunch).
