S. Elissa Altin, MD, is an interventional cardiologist specializing in the care of patients with a variety of cardiovascular and hypertension-related conditions, including atherosclerosis, ventricular tachycardia, hypertensive crisis, and malignant hypertension.
Dr. Altin’s research interests include peripheral artery disease, telemedicine in vascular care, gender representation and disparities in cardiology, quality improvement in percutaneous coronary intervention, and statin therapy in peripheral artery disease.
Dr. Altin was selected as a fellow in the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions and the American College of Cardiology Emerging Leader Mentorship Program.
