Robotic bronchoscopy is an accurate, safe, and efficient method of obtaining cells for biopsies of potentially cancerous lung nodules. Compared to traditional bronchoscopy, the robotic platform and our dedicated, state-of-the-art procedural rooms, allow for simultaneous cone-beam CT scanning and endobronchial ultrasound to reach previously inaccessible parts of the lung, for even greater precision in the diagnosis and staging of potential lung cancer. The new technology allows our experts to achieve greater reach and dexterity during the procedure.
