Diversity and Inclusion in Yale Nephrology

The Yale Section of Nephrology is committed to promoting diversity and to the advancement of women and other under-representative minorities within the field of nephrology.

• A diverse fellowship creates new ideas, exposes us to differing perspectives, and allows us to perform at a higher level.
• Our fellowship program understands that to achieve that important objective, we need to recruit and train nephrology fellows who represent the global environment in which we will practice and live.
• We coordinate with efforts within the university and the medical school to increase and retain underrepresented in medicine fellows and faculty.

We welcome applications from international medical graduates who possess outstanding academic backgrounds and have done residency training at an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program in the United States.
