Diversity and Inclusion in Yale Nephrology

The Yale Section of Nephrology is committed to promoting diversity and to the advancement of women and other members of minority groups underrepresented in medicine (URiM) within the field of nephrology.

  • Diversity across a broad range of experiences and perspectives is what makes us uniquely who we are.
  • A diverse fellowship creates new ideas, exposes us to differing perspectives, and allows us to perform at a higher level.

We welcome applications from international medical graduates who possess outstanding academic backgrounds and have done residency training at an ACGME-accredited internal medicine residency program in the United States. Yale University is a global university and we feel that part of our mission is to provide training to the best applicants from around the world.

If you have any questions or concerns about the application process, please contact us.
