Overview

The Yale Spring Heart Failure Symposium is a one-day conference designed to educate physicians and other health care providers about cutting-edge therapies supporting the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure including state-of-the-art treatment, management of comorbid conditions, pulmonary hypertension, cardiomyopathies, mechanical circulatory support, and heart transplantation.

Objectives

    1. Identify how to select patients for advanced heart failure therapies
    2. Assess how best to develop disease management for heart failure
    3. Recognize and discuss novel heart failure therapies and trials
    4. Discuss how to treat heart failure patients with co-morbid conditions
