Nature Immersion Walking Meditation

Unplug and connect with the outdoors during a Nature Immersion Walking Meditation.

A nature immersion walking meditation opens the senses to the natural world as a way to calm the mind and heal the body. This is a 30 minute walking and standing meditation practice so no mats or blankets are needed. Benches are available for anyone who would like to sit.

June 16: Amistad Park, corner of Cedar and Amistad Streets, an urban oasis of lush greenery, bright flowers and inviting shade trees.

These sessions are weather permitting. Rain date is June 30, same time.

Space is limited. Sessions led by Danielle Casioppo, certified mindfulness instructor.
