Every day, I push myself to deliver quality work, knowing that it makes a positive impact on our healthcare. Working amongst great mentors and colleagues in the past two years has enabled me to grow both personally and professionally and make a bigger impact through my analytical skills.

I love being part of the Admin and Operations team. We are responsible for keeping the office running smoothly – I really enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. And the people I work with are some of the best in their field and the best to be around.

My goal as a CORE senior project manager is to keep everything moving forward efficiently and effectively. To do that, I strive to provide the best support to, and build the best relationships with, all of those around me, staff and leadership alike. That way, we can achieve the most meaningful work possible together.

As a Research Associate IV/Project Coordinator in healthcare quality measurement, I am regularly reminded how passionate, personable, and wise my colleagues at CORE are. Being someone that frequently utilizes healthcare, it is reassuring to see my colleagues continuously advance metrics and data collection tools so those in our country can obtain adequate and person-centric care.

I find no greater reward than working for a company that has direct influence on shaping public policy and redefining health equity nationally. I feel personally connected to CORE's mission and values and enjoy working with an amazing and diverse group of professionals dedicated to helping others.
