Isaac Hammond Jr

Isaac Hammond Jr. has been in clinical practice for 15+ years. Isaac is a pediatric and adult congenital cardiothoracic surgery Physician Associate. Isaac was educated at NYCOM/NYIT physician assistant program. Trained in Adult Cardiac, and Thoracic Surgery in Central NY and Rhode Island Hospitals. He Transitioned to Pediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac and Thoracic Surgery at Children’s Hospital of Montefiore for 5 years. He then briefly trained in Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan NY for 3 years. After which he returned to Pediatric CT Surgery with a focus on hybrid cardiac surgery and cardiac transplantation, at Montefiore and, most recently at the Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital in New Haven CT. Other clinical areas of interest include Obstetrics, and Pediatric cardiac device implantation
