Dr. Gioioso-Datta is originally from Massachusetts where she received her undergraduate degree at Tufts University in 2004 and earned her medical degree at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in 2009. She completed her residency training in 2013 at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center in Orange County.
After moving back to the northeast, she became an attending physician and faculty member of the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Reproductive Sciences at the Yale School of Medicine. In addition to her clinical responsibilities at Yale, she is enthusiastic about teaching residents and medical students in the operating room and in clinic. She has special interests in endocrine disorders and minimally invasive surgery including robotic surgery. Dr. Gioioso-Datta is a member of the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
