Biography
I am an attending physician and Assistant Professor in the department of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Yale University and the Associate Residency Program Director for the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program. Originally from upstate New York, I have never been able to break out of the east coast. After graduating from St. Lawrence University in 2006 I attended medical school at the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT and completed the majority of my clinical rotations at Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME. I completed my residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Christiana Care Health System in Delaware and my Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship at Columbia University in NYC. While at Columbia I obtained a master’s degree in Biostatistics. During this time, I severed on boards for Medical Students for Choice, the Junior Fellow Advisory Council for the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine. I am currently the co-chair of the formed Maternal Mortality Review Committee for the state of Connecticut. I am also the Associate Program Director for the ObGyn Residency at Yale University.
