Biography
I am an Associate Research Scientist in the section of Comparative Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine. I received PhD at Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea and I completed my postdoc training with Dr. Dixit and now I am actively collaborating with the Dixit Lab and am Co-Investigator on multiple NIH grants. I made remarkable progress in developing projects to understand the metabolic factors that control thymic aging, role of inflammasome pathway in adipose tissue inflammation and age/obesity associated chronic diseases. My innovative work has been published in leading journals including Nat Med, Cell Reports, Cell Metab, Blood, etc.
