Join the annual RNA PI–Postdoc Social, a key component of the Postdoc Initiative in RNA Careers (PIRCs) and its Mentorship Matching Program, to foster meaningful connections within the Yale RNA Center.

Mentorship Matching Program Overview

RNA PI–Postdoc Social. This event offers an informal setting for postdocs/ARSs and RNA faculty to initiate connections. While participation in the social is encouraged, joining the mentorship program is not required.

Mentor Selection Following the event, postdocs will be invited to submit their preferences for faculty mentors. Our coordination team will make matches based on mutual interests.

Ongoing Mentorship Once mentor–mentee pairs are established, we encourage regular meetings (approximately twice per year) focused on professional development and career guidance.
