Operational Committee

The Operational Committee handles all day-to-day issues of the QNMR Core Center, evaluate proposals for resource usage, and other allocation concerns. The Operational Committee will meet every week based on a quorum of more than half of Directors and Scientists, and with users on a monthly basis or more frequently as warranted by resource issues and/or as called for by users.

Steering Committee

Steering Committee helps establish the Project Prioritization Plan and reviews the Activity Reports described in each Core. The Steering Committee also advises Dr. Hyder on strategic and operational issues. The Steering Committee meets at least twice a year, and more frequently if needed to address Center issues.

Advisory Committee

The external Advisory Committee meets at least once a year to review QNMR Core Center research and operations. The Advisory Committee reviews the scientific progress, makes recommendations on future scientific directions, and be responsible for adjudicating scheduling conflicts which cannot be resolved by the Steering Committee.
