Biography
Dr. Tian earned her PhD in Statistics from University of Texas at Dallas. Prior to CORE, she worked as a real-world evidence statistics advisor and principal therapeutic area and methodology statistician in Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Her previous work mainly focused on innovative workstreams that leveraged advanced analytics (e.g., artificial intelligence and machine learning) to facilitate clinical drug development and other advancements in the life cycle of drug development using big claims&EHR data from US, UK and Japan. Dr. Tian’s professional skills include AI/machine learning, complex network analysis, statistics and programming using Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, SAS and other data software. Dr. Tian's research publications could be found in her Google Scholar.
