James Randall Harris

James Harris, DHI, MBA, CPHIMS has worked in healthcare for the past 20+ years with a large portion of that time focused on implementation science, quality metrics, EHR optimizations, informatics, and research. His most recent role prior to joining CORE was as Director of Informatics at Persivia, a SaaS vendor, where he focused on electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) and various other CMS and TJC quality initiatives. Prior to Persivia, James relocated from Texas to Connecticut in order to assume a consulting position with Lawrence & Memorial Hospital where he focused on Provider Documentation and CPOE implementations. James earned his Doctorate in Health Informatics from The University of Texas Health Science Center – School of Biomedical Informatics, located in Houston, TX.
