Biography

Alexandra (Allie) Stupakevich graduated from Binghamton University in 2019 with a B.S. in Integrative Neuroscience. She became an EMT and started working with Emergency Resource Management (ERM) in 2019. After a year as an EMT with ERM, she was promoted to operations leadership. She started out by scheduling 110+ team members across 16 client sites, and then moved into the role of Field Operations Coordinator where she expanded her responsibilities to also include hiring, training, and performance management. In these roles she developed a passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of healthcare as well as the overall betterment of the healthcare system. Because of this, she chose to pursue her MPH at UConn, with special interests in Health Policy and Healthcare Administration.
