    Marlon Bennett is a Business Operations Support Specialist for the Anesthesiology Department at Yale University. Marlon received his MBA from Southern Connecticut State University.

Prior to Southern I attended Gateway Community College and received an Associates Degree in Business Office Technology. While attending Gateway I was in the New Haven Residence Training Program, which guaranteed an entry level position into Yale University upon completion of a certificate/degree in BOT. I have been a Yale University employee since 2004.

    Krista Gibbs is the Business Coordinator for the Department of Anesthesiology. She was born and raised in the New Haven area and has had the opportunity to participate in many educational programs at Yale University throughout high school. Krista has a background in Performing Arts, Non-Profit Management, and Scheduling Management. She received her BS degree in Business and Leadership from Albertus Magnus College and her MBA from the University of Bridgeport.
  • Operations Manager 2; Chief of Staff & Strategy, Anesthesiology

    Kristina Karaivanov is the Chief of Staff & Strategy for the Anesthesiology Department. Karaivanov received her BA in English from Barnard College at Columbia University and her MA in English Education from Columbia University's Teachers College. She worked in Advertising at a boutique agency in New York and at Martha Stewart Omnimedia with a focus on Consumer Insights before receiving her teaching degree. She taught Advanced Placement Language and Composition at a high school in New York, where she received tenure in 2016 for her work. Karaivanov went on to become a Qualitative Researcher at a Market Research firm in Branford, CT where she programmed surveys and conducted interviews to screen candidates for research projects conducted by Google, Facebook, Disney, and Nickelodeon.
