Undergraduate Research Fellowship

WHRY offers undergraduate students opportunities to explore women’s health and the influence of sex and gender on health through scientific research with experts in a variety of fields.
Through an undergraduate fellowship students receive:
- An interactive seminar on the science of women’s health
- Opportunities for
- Mentored experience in scientific research
- Working with faculty on integrating sex and gender into the medical school curriculum
- Shadowing active clinicians
- Developing communication skills in sharing scientific developments with various audiences
Enriching Medical School Curriculum
WHRY’s education efforts also include integrating women’s health and sex and gender differences into Yale Medical School’s 18-month pre-clinical curriculum.
