Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee
As the Yale Stem Cell Center Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee, we are committed to creating an equitable, inclusive, and supportive environment for all trainees and staff, including those who may experience bias on the basis of gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, age, ability or socioeconomic status. We value and embrace the rich perspectives and experiences that arise from diverse backgrounds. We hope to foster a more equitable and diverse scientific community through outreach initiatives that empower individuals from underrepresented groups, from our nearest neighbors in New Haven to students and trainees throughout the world.
