Biography
Nicole Lay is a NCCPA nationally certified Physician Assistant with 25 years of experience as an orthopaedic PA in the office and urgent care setting. She graduated from the University of Scranton in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Spanish. Nicole then went to earn a second Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with successful completion of the Physician Assistant Program at Long Island University/The Brooklyn Hospital.
She began her career in Emergency Medicine at the Stamford Hospital in Stamford, CT and then transitioned to private practice orthopaedics for many years. Nicole is member of the Adult Total Joint Reconstruction and Arthritis team at YNHH, Yale School of Medicine.
Nicole is a marathon runner and enjoys spending her free time with her three children.
