Stephanie Robert, MD/PhD

Dr. Robert is a resident in neurological surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital. She received her undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2008, with a focus in chemistry. Dr. Robert received her MD (2017) and PhD (2015) from University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine with a concentration on neuroscience. For her graduate degree, she studied the role of glutamate in the peritumoral environment. Her current interests include cranial and spine oncology, defining the underlying mechanisms of tumor development and growth.
