An interview is highly desirable and is offered by invitation only. All interviews will be virtual via Zoom. Our training program participates in the ERAS electronic application service and the National Residency Matching Program for Infectious Diseases fellowship match. The Section of Infectious Diseases of Yale School of Medicine shares in the academic mission of one of the world's leading centers in biomedical research.

Three-Year Research Track
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident to apply for the research track. These positions are funded by NIH, and therefore, citizenship or permanent residence is a requirement.
Two-Year Clinical Track
Applicants with H1-B and J-1 visa, in addition to U.S. citizens and permanent residents, are eligible to apply to our clinical track.
