Lecture Title: "Evolution of T Cell Fitness in the Tumor Microenvironment"

Jae Choi, MD, PhD, is the Jack W. Graffin Associate Professor of Dermatology and of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at Northwestern University. After graduating from Harvard College, he enrolled in the MD PhD Program at Yale University. He stayed on for residency and completed his post-doctoral fellowship in genetics. In 2015, he moved to Northwestern University and has built a lab focused on identifying targetable molecular mechanisms underlying autoimmune diseases and cancer. His work has been supported by the NIH New Innovator Award, the Damon Runyon Cancer Foundation, and the Mark Foundation for Cancer Research, and has been published in Nature, Nature Cancer, Cancer Discovery, and more.
