Use of Metformin and Outcomes in Older Patients with Classical Myeloproliferative Neoplasms
The purpose of this study is to evaluate hematologic and cardiovascular outcomes in older adult patients with myeloproliferative neoplasms who received metformin by leveraging a large prospective cohort of patients derived from the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End-Results Medicare-linked database.
