Associate Research Scientist. Diagnostic Radiology
The Yale PET Center, a state of the art PET facility, has an opening in the Chemistry group at the rank of Associate Research Scientist. Primary duties include design, synthesis and evaluation of novel PET radioligands; participation in PET imaging experiments; and production, quality control and analysis of established PET radiopharmaceuticals. Qualified candidates should have a Ph.D. in chemistry with strong background and experience in organic synthesis and experience in PET radiochemistry, knowledge in the principles of biology, pharmacology and pharmacokinetics as applied to PET imaging agent development, excellent English speaking and writing capability, and the potential to move up the academic rank.
Neuroimaging Sciences Training Program Postdoctoral Fellowship
General Purpose: The NISTP trains scientists in technological aspects of data acquisition and analyses, clinical and biological fundamentals in areas of interest to each trainee, development of research proposals, and generation of documentation to navigate today’s administrative requirements for imaging research.
