Daina Blitz becomes the newest recipient of Yale New Haven Hospital’s new Resident + Nurse Collaboration Award.
The monthly awards recognize nurses and physicians-in-training who demonstrate teamwork and exemplify the collaborative spirit critical to patient care. Analisa Fisher, nominated winner Daina Blitz.
Nurses may nominate a resident or fellow for the award, and vice versa. An online nomination form is available under the “tools” tab in Epic. Nominators must complete a short statement about how the nominee meets award criteria. Nominations are due by the first of each month.
