  • YCCI’s pilot program is a funding venue for conducting small-scale research projects to generate data that potentially could lead to further research and funding opportunities.
  • The Autism Biomarkers Consortium for Clinical Trials (ABC-CT) is a multicenter research study based at Yale that spans Duke University, Boston Children’s Hospital, the University of Washington/Seattle Children’s Research Institute and the University of California, Los Angeles.
  • Yale’s Generations project, established in 2019 as one of the largest DNA sequencing projects of its kind, was created with the overall goal to learn more about human health and disease in order to keep people healthy and to improve their clinical care.

  • This multicenter international project addressed two specific primary hypotheses in patients with clinical heart failure (HF) and left ventricular systolic dysfunction (LVSD) who had coronary artery disease amenable to surgical revascularization, and conducted as two parallel randomized trials.
