Who We Are
SWIM is governed by an Executive Committee that meets regularly to guide the committee’s priorities. The committee maintains bilateral communication with departmental Liaisons and meets regularly with the dean to discuss ongoing issues and collaborate on initiatives critical to advancing equity at the School of Medicine. Liaisons ensure every department at the medical school is represented on SWIM. Executive Committee members and Liaisons work together to advance equity and foster sponsorship, mentorship, and networking for faculty across the Yale School of Medicine.
