Staff

The staff of the Imaging Core, experienced in multiple modalities of biological microscopy, is available to assist potential and actual users in the hematology field to identify the most suitable imaging technique for their individual research projects.

The Imaging Core is directed by Dr. Joerg Bewersdorf and Dr. Shangqin Guo. They act as liaisons between users and participating facilities and laboratories. Training on specific techniques, additional guidance as well as assistance with reagents, sample preparation and data analysis is provided by Mark Lessard, an experienced microscopy specialist.
