Meet Yale-PCCSM's Fellows

The mission of the Yale Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine (Yale-PCCSM) fellowship program at Yale School of Medicine (YSM) is to train outstanding physicians for careers in academic pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine. It is with gratitude that we celebrate the achievements of our outgoing fellows as we welcome our incoming class.

Graduating fellows

Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship:

· Jacqueline Geer, MD, will be a sleep fellow at Yale-PCCSM.

· Amy Korwin, MD, will be a sleep fellow at Yale-PCCSM.

· Samir Gautam, MD, PhD, will be a Yale-PCCSM instructor focusing on research.

· Zachary Harris, MD, will be a Yale-PCCSM instructor focusing on research.

· Gail Stanley, MD, will be staying as a 4th year fellow focusing on research.

· Christopher Morton, MD, will be an interventional pulmonary fellow.

Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship:

· Mark Godfrey, MD, will be joining Hartford Hospital as an interventional pulmonologist.

Sleep Medicine Fellowship:

· Olurotimi Adekolu, MD, will be joining Starling Physicians in Wethersfield, Conn., as a pulmonary and critical care physician.

· Glenda Bowen, MD, will be a PCCSM physician at Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield, Mass.

· Yvonne Chu, MD, will join the Sleep Disorders Center of Connecticut as a physician and medical director.

· Wissam Mansour, MD, will be an assistant professor in the Department of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine at Duke University School of Medicine.

Critical Care Medicine Fellowship:

· Kathleen Leger, MD, will be joining Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City, N.Y.

· Rahul Kumar, MD, will be a nephrologist and intensivist at Wellstar Health System, Atlanta, Ga.

· Zubin Bham, MD, will be a sleep medicine fellow at Norwalk Hospital.

· Armand Murabia, MD, will be a sleep medicine fellow at Norwalk Hospital.

Incoming Fellows

Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship:

· John Huston, MD, previously was an internal medicine resident at Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH).

· Peter Kahn, MD, MPH, ThM, previously was an internal medicine instructor/internal medicine resident at YNHH.

· Jennifer Langstengel, MD, previously was an internal medicine resident at YNHH.

· Andres Mora Carpio, MD, previously was an internal medicine resident at Einstein Medical Center Philadelphia, Pa./Hospitalist, Einstein Medical Center.

· Ian Murphy, MD, previously was an internal medicine resident at Washington University School of Medicine, St. Louis, MO/hospitalist physician, Barnes-Jewish Hospital St, Louis, Mo.

· Jana Zielonka, MD, previously was an internal medicine resident at YNHH/hospitalist physician-NEMG YNHH.

Interventional Pulmonary Fellowship:

· Christopher Morton, MD, previously was a pulmonary & critical care fellow at Yale

Sleep Medicine Fellowship:

· Jacqueline Geer, MD, previously was a pulmonary & critical care fellow at Yale.

· Amy Korwin, MD, previously was a pulmonary & critical care fellow at Yale.

· Teresa Foley, MD, previously held an advanced fellowship in Women’s Health at VA Connecticut.

· Rashi Kochhar, MD, previously was a pediatric pulmonary fellow at New York Presbyterian Hospital, N.Y.

Critical Care Medicine Fellowship:

· Ryan Buckley, MD, MPH, previously was an emergency medicine resident at YNHH.

· Mario Caldararo, MD, MS, previously was an infectious disease fellow at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

· Pavan Ganapathiraju, DO, MPH, previously was a pulmonary fellow at Norwalk Hospital.

· Keith Glenn, MD, previously was an infectious disease fellow at Yale.

· Robert Wilson, MD, was a pulmonary fellow at Norwalk Hospital.
