Yale Cardiovascular Medicine Grand Rounds: "Importance of Bleeding and the TWILIGHT Trial"

Objectives:

  1. Understanding the importance of bleeding post PCI.
  2. To determine the impact of SAPT (ticagrelor monotherapy) vs. DAPT (ticagrelor + aspirin) for 12 months in reducing clinically relevant bleeding among high-risk patients who have undergone successful PCI.
  3. To determine the impact of SAPT (ticagrelor monotherapy) vs. DAPT (ticagrelor +aspirin) for 12 months on major ischemic adverse event among high-risk patients who have undergone successful PCI.
