Welcome to Rheumatology
Yale faculty physicians conduct laboratory-based, translational, and clinical research on the rheumatic and autoimmune diseases. Clinical research focuses on medical decision-making, outcomes, and quality measures in healthcare delivery.
Our faculty members are also dedicated to the diagnosis and management of rheumatic diseases through coordinated programs of clinical care and clinical research focused on advancing treatment and quality of life for people with arthritis, autoimmune diseases, and related conditions.
Finally, we offer a traditional fellowship for physicians that includes clinical training and two or more years of clinical, translational, and/or laboratory research.
