Application
Our fellowship program in Allergy & Immunology is dedicated to preparing postdoctoral fellows as superior clinicians and future leaders in the field. Our two year program is approved by the ACGME and accepts two new fellows each year. Applications are accepted from physicians who have completed either an accredited three year residency program in Internal Medicine or Pediatrics, or a four year combined Medicine-Pediatrics residency. Yale University School of Medicine and the Section of Allergy & Immunology participates in the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP).
Interested applicants should submit an application through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
The completed ERAS application should include:
- Curriculum Vitae
- Personal Statement
- 3-4 letters of recommendation
- USMLE or COMLEX scores
- Copy of ECFMG certificate (if applicable)
Applications will be reviewed in late July - early August and the majority of interview offers sent via Thalamus by mid-August. Interviews for Allergy & Immunology fellowship positions starting July 2025 will be conducted virtually on Fridays in September 2024 with the day's events starting at 8:30 am.
